Jesse, thanks for spotlighting single-payer universal healthcare, aka Medicare for All. Of possible interest, here are related links in two buckets: Progressive/General and Business/Conservative.
Thank you, and I'm glad you got something out of reading this!
I'm not sure at this moment what the next article will be about. I've done enough healthcare stuff for a while, and I wanna switch focus to something else. I have a list of suggestions from other Progressives I'm working off of, and I'm thinking Public Banking is next, but I have a week to decide. I also kind of want to write a rant about the railroad strike being shut down.
Yes, a good read. As you can tell from my email addr, I am "OCD on M4A." However, I do glom onto other progressive issues. About a decade ago I was one of a large group of Ellen Brown fans who joined with her to launch the Public Banking Institute. Subsequently I helped start a group focused on postal banking -- after the USPS then-inspector-general published an eye-opening report on payday lending and a possible future role for US post offices. https://www.occupy.com/article/us-must-choke-predatory-payday-loans-and-create-low-cost-%E2%80%9Cpublic-option%E2%80%9D-banking#sthash.k9TkygrK.dpbs
Sorry it's taken me so long to write back, and thanks for the info. I'm going to put it to good use as soon as I can. :) Maybe my next article will be the Public Banking one I've had suggested to me before. I've saved the link you sent, so we'll see!
